Schulz launches line of Welding Inverters

The new line was developed for professional use in workshops, metalworking, civil construction and small industries in general.

Modern, efficient and easy to operate, the new line of Welding Inverters from Schulz was developed for professional use in workshops, metalworking, civil construction and small industries in general, serving the most demanding welders with excellence.

The new welding inverters are light, compact and operate with coated electrodes and TIG LIFT, using specific welding torches and rods. With five models in the portfolio, the highlight of this line is its high performance, proven through laboratory tests, delivering the promised power and real current.

Allows welding in any position (horizontal, vertical or inclined) with quality, quickly and efficiently. The main applications with coated electrode are in ferrous materials, carbon steel, stainless steel and cast iron. In the TIG process, it welds non-ferrous materials such as copper and brass.

Key advantages

• Smart functions: ensure safety, reduced energy consumption and ease of use. Among them, IGBT technology, which automatically corrects the voltage, along with Hot Start, Arc Force and Anti Stick functions, which facilitate handling and weld quality.

• Stable and uniform electric arc: ensures a homogeneous weld bead with a professional finish.

• Digital display: facilitates weld adjustments with precision and practicality.

• Forced cooling system: with temperature sensor, which protects the equipment against overheating, increasing its durability. All models come with accessories such as electrode holder, slag removal hammer/brush and negative gripper. The torch for the TIG process is an accessory that can be purchased separately.
